Chicken and Zucchini Dish : 


  • Chicken                             A quarter of breast or half of a drumstick
  • Zucchini (medium)          1 zucchini
  • Small onion                      1 onion
  • Tomato (medium)           1 tomato
  • Salt and spices                 As much as needed

Recipe: Sauté chopped onion in some little oil and place it in a container together with zucchini, chicken, tomato with a glass of water to be cooked slowly. When cooked, squash these materials, blend them and fed to the child. Or, to maintain appearance of the food, set pieces of food in a dish and squash every piece with back of spoon when you want to feed the child.

Vegetables Soup :

  • Small potato                                                 1 potato
  • Wheatgrass or sprout of mung bean       1 dessertspoon
  • Crushed macaroni                                       1 dessertspoon
  • Chopped pumpkin                                       1 dessertspoon
  • Grinded carrot                                              2 dessertspoons
  • Green pea                                                      1 dessertspoon
  • Meat or chicken                                             In size of a matchbox
  • Chopped green bean (or broccoli)             1 dessertspoon
  • Medium onion                                               1 onion

Recipe: First sauté onion for a while. Then place meat in a container and add some water and cook with the sautéed onion. Steam green bean, carrot, green pea and pumpkin in a separate container and add to the meat container to be cooked totally. During last 15 minutes, add macaroni or wheatgrass. When all materials are quietly cooked, separate bones and onion, squash other materials in the pot and add salt and oil.
